The 2012-13 Learfield Sports Directors' Cup final standings found five of the nine WIAC institutions in the Top 30.

10 Years National Championships
In the last 10 years, 46 national championship team titles have been crowned in the WIAC.
Wisconsin High Schools

Over 80 percent of all student-athletes competing in the WIAC are products of Wisconsin high schools. The WIAC is truly the "Conference of Wisconsin".

NCAA Division III

The WIAC competes at the NCAA Division III level.

Enrollment

The nine institutions of the WIAC have a total student enrollment of approximately 70,000.

Love of the Game

WIAC student-athletes compete without the benefit of athletic aid or scholarships. They compete for the love of their game.

TV Agreement

In 2006, the WIAC became the first and only conference in the history of Division III to enter into its own television broadcast agreement.

Banquet
1,400 individuals packed the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wis., on August 4, 2012 to celebrate the WIAC Centennial Banquet.
GPA

Nearly 50 percent of the student-athletes competing in the WIAC achieve a 3.0 grade point average or better.

Head Coaches

In 2011-12, 47 WIAC head coaches were coaching at their alma mater.

National Championships

The WIAC has captured 98 NCAA Division III national titles entering the 2013-14 academic year.  This total excludes the NAIA (26), NCGA (19), AIAW (3), NCAA Division II (2) and NGCA (1) titles claimed by WIAC schools.

Ninth Oldest
The WIAC is the ninth-oldest conference in the NCAA and celebrated its 100th year during the 2012-13 academic year.
Alumni

Over 350,000 WIAC alumni currently reside within the state of Wisconsin.
