A heartwarming and wholesome moment between New York Mets star Francisco Lindor and his wife, Katia Reguero, was captured live during the Mets vs. Dodgers game on Sunday Night Baseball. While Lindor was mic’d up on the field, Katia, who was holding one of their children, asked him a playful question, “What’s harder? Turning a double play or 4 AM diaper changes?”

Lindor responded to his wife's first greeting with a smile, saying, “Hi, beautiful wife.” The interaction has now gone viral on social media.

Katia Reguero is the wife of MLB star Francisco Lindor. The couple married on December 16, 2021, at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Miami, Florida. Their daughter, Kalina, walked with Lindor during the ceremony.

Reguero and Lindor have three children. Their first daughter, Kalina Zoé, was born in November 2020. Their second child, Amapola Chloé, was born in June 2023, followed by their son, Koa Amani, in March 2025, as per PEOPLE.

The couple’s relationship began on Instagram, when Lindor messaged Reguero after seeing a photo. “Her picture popped up and I was like, ‘This girl is beautiful,’” he told the New York Post in 2022.
