Amid the ongoing probe into the alleged links of YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra with Pakistani officials and agents, the pages of her diary, which she reportedly took while travelling, have surfaced. The writings on the pages are after her Pakistan visit. Malhotra came to the limelight after agencies tapped her Pakistan visit and links to Pakistan officials. Malhotra had also visited Pahalgam, months before the terror attack, and China.
Haryana YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra was arrested on charges of alleged espionage for Pakistan.
The diary with a 2012 calendar has Jyoti's experiences after the Pakistan visit. "Today I have returned to my country India after a 10-day journey from Pakistan. During this time, I got a lot of love from the people of Pakistan. Our subscribers and friends also came to meet us. The two days I got to visit Lahore were very less," she wrote in the diary.
"I don't know how long the distances of the borders will remain, but let the grievances in the hearts vanish. We all belong to the same land, the same soil. If there is something that has not been shared in the video, then you can ask in the comments without hesitation....," she added.
She went on to say that the Pakistan government should allow Indians and Hindus to visit Gurudwaras and temples in Pakistan.
"I request that the Pakistan government should open more Gurudwaras and temples for Indians and make it easier for Hindus to visit there," she added.
She further said, "Protect the temples there and let them meet their families who were separated in 1947. Whatever you say about Pakistan is less. Crazy and colourful."

The probe into Jyoti's videos and links is deepening with agencies now looking at other videos of Munabo railway station in Rajasthan. Last year on New Year'Day, Jyoti posted a 24-minute video showing her train journey from Barmer to Munabao.
She, according to an IANS report, revealed strategic maps, station details, proximity to military installations, and distances from the international border. All this information is considered sensitive from the view of a national security.
Officials said that one has to have administrative clearance for filming in Munabao, and they are currently investigating whether she obtained any such permission. The news agency stated Jyoti also spent a night in Jhelun village, which is situated on the Indo-Pakistan border in Barmer.
In the video, she is seen standing near the border fencing saying, “If you walk a little further from here, you’ll find Pakistani soldiers and civilians.”
