[close] the year is 2145, and technology has finally perfected virtual reality. almost anything can occur in the virtual world of kinnect. once you log in, you can choose your appearance, be whoever you want to be. you can test out careers in a virtual world with almost no repercussions, you can be bold enough to ask out that person you've been interested in, you can skydive without having to worry about the anxiety of approaching the actual ground. it all seems perfect. too perfect. but then, the deaths began to happen.
