Lexi Maxwell is celebrating her eighteenth birthday-her ticket to freedom. For years, she has navigated the suffocating constraints of boarding school and chaperoned dances, and she is ready to detour from the perfect path her parents set her on. Luke Carrington is the swoon-worthy stranger who arrives to spice up the party, convincing Lexi that it's okay to ditch her uniform and spread her wings.
Despite Luke's charm and intelligence, Lexi's family shrugs him off and refuses to tell her why. In her mind, the man has more to offer than any gel-headed boy she's met. Not only does he share her interest in Greek mythology, but he has devoted his life to helping people cope with death. What could be more admirable than that?
When Lexi learns that her life has been a big fat lie, and the people claiming to be her family aren't who they say they are, she turns to Luke for solace. He is the only one who has not betrayed her, and he helps Lexi prove she isn't a little girl anymore. Once Luke's earns her trust and her heart, Lexi is willing to follow him anywhere to keep him close-even into the underworld.

LOVE this mythical imaginative retelling of Hades! The first time I completed this trilogy on Wattpad, I immediately wished I could experience it all over again. Lexi’s Undoing is the story I always wanted for Hades. So. Good. 🔥 I love you Luke! 😍
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADD THE REST OF THE TRILOGY TO AUDIBLE! 🙏
It’s been awhile since I actually read a book to completion, but hot damn – I loved it!
Your vocabulary and usage of language is so eloquent and divine that it makes me want to scream. I have a thing for unique, pretty words (and I also happen to adore poetry), so this book is basically scripture for me, haha. You have no idea how many times I’ve swooned over Hades and all of his different (but beautiful) ways of expression. Ugh!
It got me hooked on Greek mythology, too! I’ll definitely be reading up on that now as well now that I’ve finished Lexi’s Undoing.
I’m looking forward to checking out the two sequels, as well as your other work. Stay awesome!
I have read this series a few years ago, and after that, I must have gone back to it about five times (or more). And the sequels do not disappoint.
I can't get enough of it. The writing is amazing and so is the whole plot. Everything is so well detailed, so well explained. The characters are well built- Lexi is too good but I actually really like her. She´s wise and sensible, wich makes her tolerable. Hades is a s** God. Such a romantic man, so pure.
It really is outstanding.
I highly recommend it for anyone who is a fan of mythology, drama, and lots of smut (and the GOOOOOOD kind).
I've read published books that are of much less quality and without a doubt not worthy of the retail price, compared to these (that are free on wattpad).
Still waiting for Netflix to make a series for this
-Curious thing that this is the only series of hers that I found good. Everything else I honestly found it so bad that I couldn't even finish reading.
Read this book when it came out what feels like 10 years ago on Wattpad. Been looking for it for years and just found it again. I loved everything about the series then and I still do. Going to read the updated version with the new name, can’t wait to rate that as well.
Wonderful collaboration between modernity and ancient myth and legend. You encapsulated the Gods in a way that I always imagined, highlighting their weak and strong points. I read this a while ago, and spent a month looking for it again - excited to re-read the rest of the series.
i never thought that Hades is so sexy in this book
I love the kind of romance novels that are slow burn but it doesn't feel long or slow because instead, it feels fast and you never want it to end. Well indeed the swoon-worthy greek god invaded my space & mind 😳
