Queensland police charge 15-year-old boy with alleged murder of Universal Store co-founder Greg Josephson
The co-founder of fashion retailer Universal Store has been identified as the man allegedly murdered by a teenager in Brisbane's north on Thursday night.
Greg Josephson, 58, was found dead at a house in Clayfield, where a large group of teenagers were attending a party, after emergency services were called just after 8pm.
A 15-year-old boy, who was found a few blocks away, has been charged with murder over his death.

In a statement, a spokesperson from Universal Store said their sincere thoughts and condolences are with his family at this very sad time.
"We wanted to share the sad news that Greg Josephson, who founded our company and played a significant role until 2018, has recently passed away," they said.

The boy's matter was heard in Brisbane Childrens Court on Friday and has been adjourned to September.
The boy has been transferred from the police watch house to hospital to be treated for a minor injury.

Detective Acting Superintendent Craig Williams said around 30 people were attending a party at the house.
He said a number of teenagers attending the party were assisting police with their inquiries, and some were brought back to Boondall police station for their parents to be contacted.

"The initial investigation indicates that no other persons were involved other than the 15-year-old boy that was taken into custody," he said.
He said police had located the alleged weapon, describing the incident as "tragic".
"[It] will affect the family, the community as a whole, and other young persons who were at the house at the time, who are assisting us with inquiries and were not involved in the situation at all."

He said support was being offered to those impacted.
Frances, who has lived on the "very quiet" street for 14 years, and said it was the first time she had ever seen anything like it.
"It's a shock ... it is a very quiet street, you hardly see anybody, they keep to themselves,"she said.
Police have called for anyone with information about the incident or CCTV and dash cam footage of the area to come forward.
