Round 2 - Eastern/Western Conference - Teams, schedule, and where to watch

NHL News unveiled the Round 2 schedule for the 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs. In the East, the Florida Panthers will clash with the Toronto Maple Leafs, while the Carolina Hurricanes will face the Washington Capitals. Over in the Western Conference, the Winnipeg Jets are set to battle the Dallas Stars, and the Vegas Golden Knights will challenge the Edmonton Oilers.

On May 5, NHL News shared the exact schedule of Round 2 of the 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs on their X. Round 1 winners will compete against each other in their respective conferences. Florida Panthers go against Toronto Maple Leafs, and Carolina Hurricanes face off against Washington Capitals in the Eastern Conference.
Winnipeg Jets will battle against the Dallas Stars, and the Vegas Golden Knights will try to take over the Edmonton Oilers in the Western Conference. After viewing the Second Round Schedule, an X user was disappointed because: “No afternoon games? Cmon NHL💔”. While another wrote, "Not having the leafs on Saturday is crazy". A third fan wrote, "Leafs should have the Washington schedule".
