Veer Pahariya reacts to Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor's dating revelation on Koffee With Karan: 'It was a bit embarrassing for me'

Even before his Bollywood debut in Sky Force alongside Akshay Kumar, Veer Pahariya and his brother Shikhar Pahariya made headlines. Their names became a hot topic when Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor spoke about dating siblings on Karan Johar's popular chat show Koffee With Karan. Now, Veer has finally reacted to the episode.
Speaking to Siddharth Kannan, Veer admitted he was caught off guard by the mention. "Toh jab hua to main hairaan tha kyunki pata nahin bada platform hai aur main AD tha tabhi ek film pe aur main to chahta tha ki koi kuch jaane nai, abhi sab log jaanne lag gaye to thoda embarrassing ho gaya tha mere liye bas (So when it happened, I was surprised because I didn’t know—it’s a big platform. At that time, I was an AD on a film, and I didn’t want anyone to know about me. But suddenly, everyone did, and it became a bit embarrassing for me)."
Veer also revealed that his friends playfully teased him after the episode aired. He pointed out that since neither he nor his brother had spoken publicly, people believed whatever was being written about them. However, he added that he doesn’t have many friends and has never let outside opinions affect him.

In 2022, Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor appeared on Koffee With Karan, where Karan Johar surprised them by bringing up their past relationships. "I mean, it was the past. You both dated two brothers. And the commonality between the three of us is that they both used to live in my building," Karan had said on the show.

Reports suggest that Sara and Veer were in a relationship before Sara’s Bollywood debut in Kedarnath. While they eventually parted ways, Janhvi and Shikhar’s romance reportedly ended but later rekindled after a few years.
