Dia Mirza Calls for Public Apology
A few days ago, actress Dia Mirza spoke up for Rhea Chakraborty, who faced a harsh ‘media trial’ in 2020. On her Instagram Stories, Dia asked, “Who in the media will have the grace to put out a written apology to Rhea Chakraborty and her family? “You went on a witch hunt. You caused deep anguish and harassment just for TRPs. Apologise. That’s the very least you can do."

Rhea Chakraborty was arrested in September 2020 on drug-related charges linked to the Sushant Singh Rajput case. She was accused of getting and giving drugs to the late actor. After spending 28 days in jail, she was granted bail.
