Ruby based dummy application to test Azure Web Apps (App Services) with Docker containers setup

Azure App Services (Web Apps) is supporting docker containers. It can be quite a mission to figure out how it works. This docker image and documentation in link bellow will try to ease the pain.
It's just a simple hello world app listening on port 80 + it contains a route to test PostgreSQL connection if you need it
