Description
Describe your project
BringID is a privacy-preserving protocol for verifying humanness using existing Internet accounts. Users prove control over web accounts (Uber, GitHub, Airbnb) via MPC-TLS and convert them into unlinkable zero-knowledge credentials using Semaphore group proofs. This enables crypto applications to assess trust and reputation without compromising privacy, addressing Sybil resistance and bot detection in the crypto space.

How Semaphore is used:
- Each verified credential type (GitHub, Uber, Airbnb, etc.) maps to a separate Semaphore group
- Users generate identity commitments that get added to relevant Semaphore groups
- Applications request zero-knowledge inclusion proofs to verify humanness without revealing specific accounts
- Multiple group proofs can be combined to create trust scores while maintaining unlinkability
