Creating extensions and themes is now easier than ever with a single click in GitHub. We have added workflows to:

• Create a Theme or Extension with a single click.
• Load/unload development extensions with new Debug> Reload With Extensions menu.
• Live preview themes in development
• Publish an extension
  directly from your GitHub repo by creating a GitHub release!

• XHTML files can now be live previewed and edited.
• Themes can now take advantage of full themeability of the editor UI. As this is an evolving feature at this time, Please see #972 before Theme/Extension authors use this feature at this time.
