Expose onImageAvailable()

Hello, I am looking for Android Camera2 libraries but none of them seems to handle preview images. I really need this feature.

There is some plan to include this feature to the library?

I realised that I can use onPicture method to this.

I will make some attempts and if I succed I will open a PR.
