Suites are generated inside `vendor/` directory

Preconditions

1. vendor/ directory should be considered as no-touch read only ❗
2. Magento Functional Testing Framework 3.0 RC2 generates Suites inside vendor/magento/magento2-functional-testing-framework/src/Magento/FunctionalTestingFramework/Group

Steps to reproduce

1. Run suite
2. Check the contents of provided directory

Expected result

1. All the generated code should be located in dev/tests/acceptance

Actual result

Just an update on this ticket, we spent some time looking into a fix and the way Suite files are implemented means that a fix would require a thorough refactoring of the way MFTF executes Suites.

Unless there is a simpler solution available, I don't think our team intends on addressing this issue due to the required scope.
