Opus support

What are your thoughts on adding support for encoding to opus?

There's a fork of dir2ogg, dir2opus, that does this, but I think it'd be better integrated into this tool.

Sounds like a good idea, and something I could do in September.

I have to defer this to a later time due to other projects currently being in the way. So, later this year.

I'm delaying this to 0.13, so I could finally get 0.12 out instead of waiting for this. I have no ETA for 0.13, but I hope it happens soon-ish (before April). Sorry for that, but I got distracted by other stuff.
