i see that the name of your project matches your request, but would it be possible to put it in a repo with the name vncz or to request xvincentx.js.org for a user page to match the rule: Subdomain Determination?

However if this could be blocking, then let's go with xvincentx

Per jekyll, I already know how the things work. I am setting up all the stuff and planning the migration. I just wanted to "reserve" the name.

its reserved ;-) I´m only a bit conservative for "Hello World" pages. If you really want vncz you can put it in a repo named the same and we count your blog as a project.
