Unfortunately I could not reproduce the problem on a clean W11 virtual machine (i.e. one that didn't have visual studio or .NET installed). If it's not too much trouble, could you have a look at your Event Viewer (Start menu, Event Viewer, select Windows Logs, Application) and see if there are Error entries related to PeperNote, maybe there are clues in the error message. |

I just installed PeperNote then downloaded NET9.0.1 desktopRuntime and AspNetCore to my newly purchased HPlaptop with latest Window-11-Pro 24H2 installed.
