Option to save exec command into history

I have an idea for a new feature for jQuery Terminal

I sometimes try to share a link and try to use up arrow, and I expect to see the previous command that is on the screen to be in history.

Use Case

1. Open https://tinyurl.com/matrix-terminal
2. Exit the Matrix
3. Press up arrow

I may exit accidentally and want to see it again, but the up arrow doesn't work.

Notes

Maybe I should make this the default and only allow to disable this function.
It will be a breaking change, but it's the right thing to do.
I will not change the version number to 3.0 for such a small change, that is more like a bug.
