Stable Difussion not openning the expected window

I'm on Windows. I don't see any logs or errors — the Stable Diffusion window simply doesn't open. The other two options open their windows normally. There's nothing shown in the GIMP Error Console, and I don't see anything suspicious in --verbose mode either.

Hi @Murtrag - i think this is the same issue as #179

can you try the steps listed here and see if it solves your issue?

Hi @Murtrag - please try the new release, https://github.com/intel/openvino-ai-plugins-gimp/releases/tag/3.1.2 and reopen this issue if that doesn't solve your problem.
