Generate segmentation masks

Is there a way to generate actual segmentation masks  to segment all the pixels that belong to roads in addition to generating a graph with vertices and edges? The masks generated in the "mask" folder correspond to these edges and do not segment all the pixels that belong to road features. Any thoughts/suggestions on generating these "true" segmentation masks?
