Visonic MCT-340E sensors unavailable with HA Core 2025.7.3 update

The problem

After updating my HA Core to 2025.7.3, all of my Visonic MCT-340 E door sensors show up as "unavailable" after 4 or 5 hours. They only become available again when I wake up these door sensors by opening/closing the door. About 4-5 hrs later these sensors become unavailable again. None of my other door sensors (made by other manufacturers) have this issue, just my Visonic door sensor. I can only surmise that the update to HA Core caused this change.

There weren't any recent changes I can think of that could affect the availability. You can always increase the timeout for end-devices on the ZHA config page in the integrations UI, but do you still remember from what HA version you updated from?

Also, try to re-pair one sensor and see if it still shows as unavailable after some hours. It might cause the sensor to check-in again. You can just allow joins ("Add Device") in ZHA and reset the sensor using its reset method. This will keep the entities in HA the same.

Sorry for the delay in responding. I'm still having issues with the Visonic door sensors. They seem to randomly become unavailable for several hours then come back online. I have other models of door sensors that work fine; it's just the Visonic door sensors that are causing issues. I've tried to factory reset these sensors and add them back as Zigbee devices, but they have the same issues. I'm not sure why these particular sensors are giving me issues now when I've used them successfully for many years first with a Smartthings hub, then Hubitat, and now HA.
