Newly installed add-ons are not added to automatic backups with "custom" add-on inclusion selected #144568

The problem
If you have your automatic backups configured to have a custom list of add-ons included, when you install a new add-on to your system, then that new add-on won't be added to future backups.

Confirmed from Frenck that this is a bug and not a feature request :)
Personally, I think we should have an option for what behavior we should have here. If there was a default though I think it should be that they should be automatically included.
