[Change Proposal] Allow the use of otelcol inputs in integration packages #1085
Description
As part of the composable packages project, integration packages will be able to require input packages. On build time, these input packages will be bundled or merged into the integration package.
Input packages support OTel receivers through otelcol inputs, so once integration packages can bundle them, they should also support this kind of inputs.
Support in Fleet required, see elastic/kibana#252949.
