I think you shouldn't combine tls connection and http request into one. Let's separate them into 2 parts, one tls connection and output stream like SslStream. The httprequest part we can rewrite from SocketsHttpHandler and use the stream above.

Yo, I’m not working on this project anymore, but you’re free to open pull requests.
By the way, even SslStream doesn’t support custom TLS ClientHello since it runs over the OS TLS stack.
So this project just does whatever’s possible — that’s it. I’m honestly shocked it has so many stars, lol.
