Missing other currency in subscription list

Hi, I'd like to report this seemingly defect in the visualization of all subscriptions:

My main currency is EUR and I bought 4 domain names in the past, all paid for in USD. I set the currency to USD in all 4 records and at first service boot they're all displayed as both EUR+USD but when I change from the dashboard to the subscription list and then back again, the result is that some values disappear.

I'm using a Fixer free API key.

Also, but this is more of a feature request, it would be useful to have the translation in the second currency even in the subscription list, or be calculated from the Fixer API conversion rate:

@psiwray Hey!, thanks for reporting this. I'll definitely take a look and also look into adding the translation that you suggested.

Fixed in v0.5.2. The subscription list now displays converted currencies the same way the dashboard does.
