Updating files for the latest changes:

I tried changing the target in git to master, but it doesn't look like it's going to be that simple: judging by the changes he suggested, it would be a mess :-/

I think I'll also change the old "edt_conf_stream_qFrame_title": "Quarter of frame mode" to "Scale frame size to 25%". I think it'll be clearer.

Also "Video format" will be probably better than old current: "edt_conf_stream_streamEncoding_title": "Select grabber's video format"
