The problem is in the IsEmpty function, that apparently is not handling the dates correctly.
I've added a test case to prove the failure and correction.
I've also had a problem when trying to execute the Cakefile in windows 7. I'm not sure if this problem is due to my specific environment, or is general to all Windows environments.
