Affected Projects is 0 for new Vulnerabilities

For new vulnerabilities I got alerting-emails. If I take a look into dependency-track after receiving alerting-mails and navigating to the vulnerabilities the projects-column is e.g. 4. But if I open a vulnerability-detail-page the affected projects-part is empty and even if I take a look into the project, the new vulnerability is not listet. If I navigate now back to the vulnerabilities-Overview (after opening the CVE-Details-Page with now no affected projects) the projects-column is 0 too, which was 4 before. Do somebody has an idea what is the problem in my case (nothing to see in the logs) or is it a bug in dependency-track? I Found this similar issue #4507 (does not contains the part with the alerting-mails for the new vulnerability). The Component which contains the vulnerability is definitely be used in the projects
