Revert "Enable new mobile search experience everywhere (not including empty search recommendations)" This reverts commit 1c261c93970ca3171e878144489d76e222e1acc7. Reason for revert: The new search deployment broke scrolling on iPhone—results are hard to scroll and the background moves when it shouldn't. Web Team consensus is to revert, fix it via T397064, then redeploy once the floatingMenu is implemented. Change-Id: I8fc30c694af08acff35f470faa0ac1d180dc55e5
