Sensex rises! These stocks gained over 10% on BSE

Synopsis

In the Nifty 50 index, 39 stocks ended in the green, while 11 stocks closed in the red in today's trade.

A broker reacts while trading at his computer terminal at a stock brokerage firm in Mumbai — Nifty continues to climb a wall of worry as it looks to be in the final leg of its rally before heading for a correction.

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Monday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, OCCL Ltd.(14.86%), Ceeta Ind(14.25%), Bloom Ind(13.67%), Vishal Fabrics(13.20%), Bhakti Gems & Jewellery(13.15%), AVG Logistics(12.91%), HB Portfolio(12.90%), Simmonds Marshall(12.89%), TVS Electronics(12.06%) and Maithan Alloys(11.66%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 256.22 points up at 82445.21, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 100.16 points up at 25103.2.

In the Nifty 50 index, 39 stocks ended in the green, while 11 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Ajcon Global, Indef Manufacturing, Reliable Ventures India, Hybrid Financial Services and OCCL Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week high, while Integrated Hitech Ltd., Tirth Plastic Ltd., Archana Software, Nutricircle and Krishna Vent touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
