Antwerp meets China

The Port of Antwerp is the second largest port in Europe and growing fast. We have the largest warehousing capacity in Europe and our port is European market leader in coffee, fruit, forest, steel, project cargo,... Furthermore we are home to the biggest chemical cluster in Europe. And with our new Deurganckdock, we are the only Northern European port with ample and congestion-free container capacity, totalling 15 million TEU. Therefore we are ready to increase our share particularly in the China trade with a focus on inbound traffic. To this end, the Antwerp Port Authority – supported by the whole Antwerp Port Community - has launched its “IM-PACT on China” project and appointed a dedicated “China-team”.  » more
