ISO 9001:2008 Certification

United Van Lines, the nation’s largest household goods transportation company, received its original ISO 9001:2000 registration in March 2003. National Quality Assurance USA (NQA), a world-renowned ISO registrar, conducted the registration audit.

Every year since, United has met and/or exceeded the requirements necessary to retain its ISO status.

United earned the new ISO 9001:2008 certification after it successfully passed a surveillance audit in 2009.

"Most companies like to say that they are committed to quality, but United has proven it by adhering to the strict standards of the ISO 9001:2008 standard," said Rich McClure, CEO of United Van Lines. "United has always focused on continued quality, and this is just one more step in providing our customers with the highest quality moving services."
