With property rights for the future arena site in hand, the city of Sacramento now has a series of public meetings and approvals necessary to get project work formally underway this year.

The Sacramento Kings will try to show Mark Cuban that smartphones have a role in basketball games. 
Take that, Mark Cuban. It might be the unofficial motto of Sunday's basketball game, which pits the Sacramento Kings against the Dallas Mavericks. The game at Sleep Train Arena will have a technology theme.
