Advertising Information Index
ECT News Network Publications
The ECT News Network offers some of the best-known e-business and technology publications on the Internet. In addition to reporting the top industry news of the day, our award-winning journalists produce a broad range of content you won't find anywhere else: original features, expert analyses, insightful commentaries and exclusive interviews with e-business and technology leaders. The network includes the following publications:

"E-Business Means Business" -- Since its launch on the Internet in 1998, the E-Commerce Times has consistently ranked among the top technology news outlets in the world. It is a must-read for IT professionals and other key decision-makers -- from C-level executives at Fortune 1000 companies to owners of small and mid-size businesses -- who need to keep up with the latest technology news and business trends in order to stay ahead of the competition.

The E-Commerce Times has evolved to become much more than a superior source of e-business news, however. Just as the Internet has grown from an experiment into an institution, the E-Commerce Times has morphed from a publication that tracked every exciting moment of the dot-com boom and bust into a daily source of reliable information on the important developments in all facets of the business of technology.

Whether it's boardroom dramas, new enterprise IT applications, the latest security threats, developments in online entertainment or the emergence of global trends, the E-Commerce Times offers fresh, original and insightful coverage of breaking news, along with unique features and perspectives on business world affairs. "All Tech - All The Time" -- TechNewsWorld is the premier Internet destination for readers interested in what's happening in the world of technology. Corporate decision-makers, software developers and consumers alike are frequent visitors to TechNewsWorld, attracted to its unique coverage of the latest tech news, along with original features, provocative columns and exclusive interviews on topics ranging from cutting-edge breakthroughs in advanced computing to the latest in mobile gadgetry.

Whether it's securing a corporate network against malware or protecting young social networkers against online predators, TechNewsWorld provides readers with the information they need to keep pace with the speed of change.

Serving as an essential resource for both professionals and end users, TechNewsWorld is the most comprehensive, one-stop destination for fresh technology information and perspectives on the Internet today. [Site Map]

"Linux News & Information from Around the World" -- LinuxInsider is the most comprehensive, one-stop destination on the Web for fresh information on the Linux kernel, open source technologies and free software. LinuxInsider charts the trajectory of these movements across several regular beats, including security, networks and embedded applications.

A team of tech-savvy writers cover Linux-related topics from an insider's perspective, focusing on the areas where the impact of open source technology is most strongly felt: in the enterprise, in the development lab and on the desktop.

LinuxInsider not only shines a spotlight on the top news affecting the open source and free software communities, but also provides context and analysis. Readers can learn about the latest in desktop distributions, follow courtroom sagas over licensing battles, and find out how the wiki phenomenon may one day transform business operations.

From the technology of embedding Linux into TV set-top boxes to the philosophy of understanding the goals of the free software movement, to the business of deciding between an open source or proprietary enterprise application, LinuxInsider's content menu offers courses that are digestible enough for tech newbies and meaty enough for serious tech heads. "The Essential Guide for CRM System Purchasers" -- CRM Buyer is the Internet's premier publication on customer relationship management and related enterprise issues, featuring breaking news, special reports, industry analysis and the CRM Buyer Resource Center -- the most comprehensive CRM vendor directory available today. CRM Buyer provides business decision-makers with the information and resources they need to maintain a competitive edge in today's marketplace.

CRM Buyer is more than the best online publication focusing on the customer relationship management software niche, though. In addition to reporting developments that make it easier for small, mid-size and large businesses to attract and retain customers, CRM Buyer covers the wider world of enterprise applications including sales force automation, business process management, enterprise resource planning and supply chain management, just to name a few.

Readers interested in which way the contact center outsourcing winds are blowing, the latest technology breakthroughs in RFID chip development, or how to use Web 2.0 to interact with customers in brand new ways keep coming back for the lively, intelligent and unique content on CRM Buyer. "Mac Intelligence For The Enterprise" -- MacNewsWorld provides fresh, balanced news reports and features covering all the burning issues that touch users and creators of Apple-related products. Once simply a scrappy alternative to Windows, Apple has long since taken on a larger-than-life corporate persona with its iTunes online entertainment empire, and is forging new ground with the iPhone and Apple TV.

MacNewsWorld is the only news Web publication to focus on Apple's Macintosh and consumer technology offerings from a professional perspective. It charts the Mac's core implementations in the fields of science and education, graphic design and the entertainment industry, while also exploring its progress in the enterprise arena.

MacNewsWorld provides the latest intelligence on Mac-related products, trends and developments for decision-makers who either use Macs or are considering them as an alternative to existing IT solutions.

Readers interested in any component of the Apple universe, including the thousands of other companies that inhabit it -- from resellers of Mac computer wares to iTunes content providers to makers of iPod accessories -- come to MacNewsWorld for their daily information fix. MacNewsWorld is where Apple-related companies and their customers can get the real story. [Site Map]

Monitoring Results
Upon request, ECT News supplies a password-protected page where advertisers can track the results of their campaigns in real-time. Statistics are displayed in daily increments to provide optimum analytic data. Advertisers wishing to have access to statistical reporting tools for their campaigns must notify us when submitting their advertising materials.

IMUs and Content Integration Text Ads
Statistics reported include the number of ad impressions ordered, the number of ad impressions delivered, the number of clicks on the ad and the corresponding click-through rate (CTR).

Newsletter Ads
A redirect URL can be set up to record the number of clicks on a newsletter ad. The redirect URL can point to any other URL; however, only the redirect URL will appear in a newsletter. Advertisers who choose to have a "vanity" URL appear in a newsletter will not be able to have their clicks tracked by ECT News.
