rekhta[edit source]

rekhta is not an extinct language today its use and also written. The main urdu wikipedia is like a simple english wikipedia and rekhta wikipedia will be traditionaly and hard urdu wikipedia, 2-rekhta have not iso code simple english also not then why there is simple english wikipedia? Does anyone speak Rekhta as native? Usually Language Committee doesn't approve wikis in languages with no actual speakers.

The Simple English Wikipedia is a special project for ones who want to study English and/or hardly understand literary English language. This Wikipedia is the exception rather than routine case. The requests for opening of Simple German and Simple French Wikipedias were rejected earlier.

Southern Min Wikipedia should have the code 'nan'. I know that LangCom had plans to move this wiki to domain 'nan.wikipedia.org' in the indefinite future.

Latin Wikipedia was opened before new policy appeared. Now test wikis in historical or extinct languages (European too -> Wp/grc) may not be ever opened. The same situation with Wikis in historical Classical Chinese or moribund Sanskrit.

I believe that you can feel free to use de.wiki logo for your test project because descriptions are the same, so there's nothing to worry about. First, I believe that's not very helpful for the test, and, second, these bot-like actions annoy and interfere watching for recent changes.
