Two people lost their lives and several others were injured in a stampede at a temple in Uttar Pradesh after an electric wire fell on a tin shed.

The tragic incident occurred around 3 am when a large crowd of devotees had assembled at the temple in Haidergarh for the jalabhishek ritual.
